Updates DOCUMENTATION.md and README.md to include details about the `PlanGenerationConstraints` class and its usage in `PlanLoader.LoadPlansAsync`. This feature allows filtering plans by a bounding polygon and orienting them based on a front door facing vector. - Adds `PlanGenerationConstraints` to Class Diagram and API Reference in DOCUMENTATION.md. - Adds a "Applying Constraints" example in README.md.
