Add a way to edit/delete API keys

The Admin UI lets users create new API keys for integrations. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide a way to edit the description for those or, more importantly, delete keys. Currently, the only way to edit a description or delete a key is via the Google Cloud Platform Developer Console.
