Missing scheduled action and issue with docs

I have installed the addon on my self hosted odoo 14 instance but I can't find the scheduled job. How can I force the action to be created or create it myself?

Also, your documentation page appears broken to me https://www.odoo.yenthevg.com/automated-backups-in-odoo/. It doesn't show any content.
