Wilcox test Error

Hello, thank you for developing such a great tool.

I finished the analysis using Compass and was doing the wilcox test

I keep getting this error message "Error in wilcox.test.default(group_A_values, group_B_values) :

not enough (non-missing) 'x' observations".

what's the problem??

Hi found that I was not pulling the ids from compass_data$cell_metadata (which in my case has to columns, id and type).

group_A_ids <-
compass_data$cell_metadata %>%
filter(type == "cellA") %>%
pull(type)

here is how I fixed it:
group_A_ids <-
compass_data$cell_metadata %>%
filter(type == "cellB") %>%
pull(id)

I found that this error is caused by inconsistent cell_id naming in cell_metadata.csv and reaction. tsv. For example, in my cell_metadata.csv, it is "DR-AGAATCAATGC-1", while in reaction. tsv, it is "DR-AGAATCAATGC-1". Modifying to make it consistent will solve the problem.
