Add atuin to catalog

Hello 👋,

This PR adds Atuin (server mode) https://atuin.sh/ to the YunoHost app catalog.

Atuin is also listed in the YunoHost app wishlist.

I have already requested the transfer of the application repository to the YunoHost-Apps organization

This is my first YunoHost application. I’ve been using YunoHost for about 5 years, and after supporting the project financially, I felt it was time to also contribute by packaging an application I personally use.

The app has been tested locally.
