nxNetwork needs testing and partial rewrite

I don't consider the unit to be in a "finished" state at the moment. While simple tests may work, there may be bugs that seem random. This needs better test apps and rechecking the thread logics. 

Client list for UDP is also a possibility, but it is a networking method that is fundamentally different than TCP.
