Adds a campaign planet with the Super Extreme Kodachi Rally mission. Branches off from planet 41 (tankfac).

Known current issues:

  • Intro cutscene pauses at start due to initial popup of mission objectives and planet info window, requiring Esc to continue. The intro cutscene could be removed or the popup suppressed.
