spring/CircuitAI@1f50921 and spring/CircuitAI@185e1d9 look like they completely disable area cloak though, not just Conjurer? |

CircuitAI will use default initial values for now, it doesn't manage cloak state anyway. I think hack also disables commander's area cloak, so that is not for conjurer-only either. |
