Description
Because release assets are versioned (in their filename), we can't easily link to "latest". Also, using client-side javascript to slurp github releases also not the most portable. So, consider some simple static downloads page that is updated and fleek-deployed with each new release of a user-facing asset. Consider abstraction to config file and/or other methods to steamline publication. Research popular methods, including platform detection.
