[suggestion] event tweaks

1. brackets tweaks: the popular mc server minemen has tournaments (brackets) that let you set up a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 etc. adding 2v2, 3v3 etc would give us an edge on other servers.

2. there is still no wait time between kills in brackets/events. there is also no on screen titling in events. tested today and the tournament as a whole was so disorienting for all of us as we couldn't even tell who won or lost. unless there is a wait time i could not find where to configure it for events.

3. building in events. please. events are not really complete without it.
