What's Changed

• the full screen player queue is now shown all the time
• the queue can be hidden with new overrides at the top of the file

Known issues

• There is a white strip at the bottom of the player when in fullscreen. I have honestly no idea where it comes from. I'ts not visible when in windowed mode some times

v2.0.4: white theme support

The time has come... This release is the first fully ready Version of the white theme support!
I've changed how layouts are managed and could remove a lot of unnecessary code.
