What happened?

when ever i try to run the agent using uv run .

I get this error

google.protobuf.runtime_version.VersionError: Detected mismatched Protobuf Gencode/Runtime major versions when loading a2a.proto: gencode 6.31.1 runtime 5.29.5. Same major version is required. See Protobuf version guarantees at https://protobuf.dev/support/cross-version-runtime-guarantee.

Please try with the latest version of the SDK. protobuf dependency is added on, this error will not be seen in your venv. Please feel free to reopen if that does not help.

@rajeshvelicheti It still hasnt been fixed. I've upgraded the adk using uv add a2a-sdk --upgrade and it got upgraded to google-adk==1.4.1

Below are the steps i've followed

Git cloned the a2a-samples repo
in the python folder ran uv sync
activated the venv
cd'ed into agents/google-adk and ran uv run . and i'm still facing the same issue

Thank you for the details on the proj ct being run, I see google-adk is dependent on a2a-samples and this project depends on a2a-sdk 0.2.6. as a workaround, could you please change the a2a-sdk dependency to the latest and try? I will try and submit PRs on the samples.
