Describe the bug
Entering and then exiting the Apple IIGS Control Panel in Disk Copy, in the Selector or in desk accessories causes the Apple IIGS to remain in color mode and messes up its video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Apple II DeskTop or launch the Selector on an Apple IIGS.
  2. Launch Disk Copy or open a desk accessory if Apple II DeskTop has been started instead of the Selector being launched.
  3. Enter the Apple IIGS Control Panel.
  4. Exit the Apple IIGS Control Panel.
  5. The Apple IIGS remains in color mode and its video is messed up.

Expected behavior
Entering and then exiting the Apple IIGS Control Panel in Disk Copy, in the Selector or in desk accessories should not cause cause the Apple IIGS to remain in color mode and mess up its video.

  • ProDOS version ProDOS 2.4.2 (the latest version)
  • DeskTop version (from About > Apple II DeskTop...) Apple II DeskTop 1.2 Alpha 27 (the latest version of the program)
  • Other [e.g. mouse, memory expansions, disk types, etc]

Additional context
This issue occurs for only about a second or a few seconds before going away automatically when in Apple II DeskTop and not in Disk Copy or a desk accessory.
