Volume Icon Shortcut Improvements

When I select a volume icon and then select Add a Shortcut..., the selected volume icon is not shown and the selected volume icon is not highlighted in the Add a Shortcut... dialog box.

Describe the solution you'd like

When I select a volume icon and then select Add a Shortcut..., it should be as if you first clicked on the Drives button in the Add a Shortcut... dialog box and the selected volume icon should be shown and the selected volume icon should be highlighted in the Add a Shortcut... dialog box and the OK button should be enabled, just like Add a Shortcut... already does for file and folder icons.

Additional context

1. The OK button should always be enabled for volume icons when the Drives button is clicked on in the Add a Shortcut... or in the Edit a Shortcut... dialog boxes.
2. When a volume shortcut is chosen from Edit a Shortcut..., the Edit a Shortcut... dialog box should also default to the Drives button view and select the volume icon of the chosen volume shortcut, just like Edit a Shortcut... already does for file and folder shortcuts.
