Changing the "12 hour / 24 hour" setting in the Date and Time control panel does not repaint list views in Apple II DeskTop in both active and inactive windows when the Date and Time control panel is closed. Changing the "12 hour / 24 hour" setting in the International control panel does indeed repaint list views in Apple II DeskTop in both active and inactive windows when the International control panel is closed. Please make changing the "12 hour / 24 hour" setting in the Date and Time control panel repaint list views in Apple II DeskTop in both active and inactive windows when the Date and Time control panel is closed, just like when the International control panel is closed.
