Describe the bug

The OK button in the Copy To... dialog box is dimmed in Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3 when a volume is selected and highlighted after clicking on the Drives button.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Apple II DeskTop.
2. Select a file icon.
3. Click on the File menu and select Copy To....
4. Click on the Drives button.
5. Select and highlight a volume.
6. The OK button is dimmed and I am unable to copy the file icon I selected in step 2. to the volume I selected and highlighted in step 5. without first clicking on the Open button.

Expected behavior

The OK button in the Copy To... dialog box should not be dimmed in Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3 when a volume is selected and highlighted after clicking on the Drives button and I should be able to directly copy the file icon I selected in step 2. to the volume I selected and highlighted in step 5. without first clicking on the Open button.

Note that this isn't a regression; this behavior has been the same since at least as far back as v1.3.
