Copy does not occur when trying to copy a folder multiple times using Copy To...

Describe the bug

Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3 gives an error message and the copy does not occur when trying to copy a folder multiple times using the Copy To... menu command.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Apple II DeskTop using a brand new complete Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3 "A2DeskTop-1.5-alpha3-en_32MB.hdv" disk image.
2. Double-click and open "A2.DeskTop".
3. Click on the File menu and select New Folder.
4. Click inside the "A2.DeskTop" window.
5. Make sure that "New.Folder" is still highlighted.
6. Click on the File menu and select Copy To....
7. Select "Apple.Menu".
8. Click OK.
9. The copy completes successfully.
10. Make sure that "New.Folder" is still highlighted.
11. Click on the File menu and select Copy To....
12. Select "Extras".
13. Click OK.
14. An error message appears stating, "The file cannot be found.".
15. Click OK.
16. The copy does not occur.

Expected behavior

Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3 should not give an error message and the copy should occur when trying to copy a folder multiple times using the Copy To... menu command.

It seems like Copy To... is moving the folder instead of copying it! This seems to be the root cause of this issue.
