Describe the bug

Garbled text and garbled colors / images appear on the screen and Shortcuts freezes when copying a folder to a RAMCard.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Apple II DeskTop.
  2. Open the volume "A2.Desktop".
  3. Select the folder "Apple.Menu".
  4. Click on the Shortcuts menu and select Add a Shortcut....
  5. Make sure that the folder "Apple.Menu" is selected.
  6. Select "at first use" under "Copy to RAMCard:".
  7. Select OK.
  8. Click on the Apple menu and select "Control Panels".
  9. Open the desk accessory "Options".
  10. Select "Copy to RAMCard (if present)".
  11. Select "Show Shortcuts on startup".
  12. Close the "Options" control panel.
  13. Click on the File menu and select Quit.
  14. Make sure that Apple II DeskTop is copied to the RAMCard.
  15. Launch Shortcuts.
  16. Select the shortcut "Apple.Menu".
  17. Select OK.
  18. An error dialog box appears stating, "An error occurred during the download. The copy was not completed".
  19. Select OK.
  20. Garbled text and garbled colors / images appear on the screen and Shortcuts freezes.

Expected behavior

Garbled text and garbled colors / images should not appear on the screen and Shortcuts should not freeze when copying a folder to a RAMCard.

System Details (please complete the following information):

 - System [e.g. Apple IIe Enhanced, Apple IIc, Apple IIgs] Enhanced Apple IIe
 - Emulator? [e.g. real hardware, or emulator name] Apple //jse
 - ProDOS version ProDOS 2.4.3
 - DeskTop version (from About > Apple II DeskTop...) Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 3
 - Other [e.g. mouse, memory expansions, disk types, etc]

Additional context

This issue does not occur at all in Apple II DeskTop 1.4 or in Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 1 but this issue occurs in Apple II DeskTop 1.5 Alpha 2 only after the copy is complete and not immediately like in Apple II DeskTop Alpha 3.
