Two parts of the program access $C029 without checking to see if the machine is a IIgs or not.

This should be fixed in master already. The logic for poking $C029 (NEWVIDEO) is guarded by IIgs checks. But... it hasn't been tested on real hardware so filing this as a tracking bug.
