Different isaacsim versions are inconsistent.

Hi， when using isaaclab, different versions of isaacsim behave inconsistently; version 4.5 behaves correctly（img1）, while version 5.0 does not（img2）.

The image in img2 appears to indicate that the lidar is ineffective when an object is moving.

Yeah, I've also noticed that for Isaac Sim 5.0, it can not get the state of the object via xform view, so the raycaster can't get the correct results.
