used to be 20 mins, now 5 mins this is more practical as study sessions are generally 20 mins to a few hours.
not tested yet.
also deleted some useless files
counts how fast the mic can be read, more information in break reminders (includes their optimal study duration),
only works if user remains on study page for a certain duration after internet is back.
orientation portrait, keep track of number of break/distracted reminders, fix for distracted sometimes reminding after first 10 mins (had to clear the localsStorage var)
