Python Wrappers for the PetaKit5D image processing pipeline
This package is currently only available for Linux and has been tested with Python 3.11, but other versions may also work
The installation may take a long time
pip install --no-binary :all: --no-cache-dir PyPetaKit5D
This script will remove the MCR and PetaKit5D installations as well as the PyPetaKit5D pip package
uninstall-pypetakit5d
Please refer to the example notebooks for step-by-step usage examples using our demo datasets. For a more detailed explanation of all the input variables, you can refer to PetaKit5D's documentation or our GUI's wiki
