Version of `msgpack` pinned in `ably-ruby-rest`

The latest ably-ruby-rest (1.2.3) have a dependency on msgpack that is pinned to a specific version, which is causing problems for other packages that also depend on msgpack when depending on ably-ruby-rest.

I can't seem to find any comments for it needing to be pinned, so it can maybe safely be changed to a twiddle-waka ~>1.5.2 instead?

I can see that ably-ruby also depends in it, but here it is not pinned, suggesting that it might not need to be.
