Fix issues with examples

Description

Typing indicator example in JS would not trigger unless both text boxes were activated. This automatically attaches all instances on load to fix this issue so everything is attached.

Chat history, had a padding issue where it was too far to the left and was under the rendering of the rest of the page. This fixes that issue.
