Added a new config option PRE_COMPILE_HOOK that can be used to preprocess data read from disk before it is compiled into a template. Added a test script hooks.t. Added pod documentation to Template::Manual::Config.

Hi. This quick fix works for my particular use case, see issue #59.
Let me know what needs to be improved to make this a more general feature.
(I noticed that this pull request includes changes to
lib/Template/Grammar.pm. I have not modified thatfile so I am not sure why it got included here. I tried to revert it to original version but I was not able to fix it :( .)
