Display warnings in Cards - Firebase Storage uploads #8

Warning
In October 2025, Firebase Projects running under the no-cost Spark Plan will have file uploads via the Firebase Storage stop working.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
- File and thumbnail photo uploads of the Cards components, which utilize Firebase Storage, will lose functionality on October 25, 2025, unless this Firebase project upgrades to the pay-as-you-go Blaze plan.

NOTE: This project has no immediate plans to upgrade to the Blaze Plan.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Display warning notices about file upload failure when uploading files, while keeping the feature intact (in case this project upgrades to the Blaze plan)
- Upload existing files to a new branch named
/files. Use the uploaded files' raw GitHub URL as a reference in the Card file download URL
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Upgrade the Firebase project to Blaze plan - but rejected, since this is not an official project, and would like to continue using standard (free-tier) options and alternatives.
