Thanks for the contribution! Pipe I/O doesn't have any automated testing yet, but I'm also not yet sure how I would want to go about adding that. Your change is pretty non-invasive, though, so I'm okay with merging this as-is if it is working for you. Have you been using it? Is it meeting your need? |

In order to use rnsh as an ssh ProxyCommand, support for stdin/stdout only (no tty) needed to be added.
This adds a -T/--no-tty option that disables the default tty requirement for rnsh
