Description:
Unit other than player firing missile launcher 'Spike LR' causes the Spike targeting UI to show up for player and cannot be exited until missile destruction.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new mission
- Place vehicle target
- Place any AI infantry unit and equip with Spike LR launcher and ammo
- Place player controlled character
- Start mission
- Await for spike-equipped AI infantry to acquire and fire on vehicle target
- The Spike targeting UI appears for non-spike equipped player
- Spike UI cannot be exited nor manipulated by player
Expected behavior:
Await for Spike-equipped AI unit to acquire and fire upon an enemy target, the Spike targeting UI appears to the non-spike equipped player.
Where did the issue occur?

Additional context:
The Spike LR targeting ui also does not disappear if you fire one as Zeus-controlled unit and then release the unit from Zeus control (as in, it becomes an overlay for the regular infantry HUD) but I think that's gonna need a separate report.
