General - Fix typos in docs and function headers

When merged this pull request will:

• Fix Typos in Feature Docs, Framework Docs, Function Headers and Comments

• Create a Docs Page for Kill-Tracker Framework, moving the work to use it from a comment inside a file to the public wiki.

• Typos were found and fixed by a LLM and checked by me. The LLM also found a couple of errors inside function calls, but they were dropped before the PR. One example is /addons/microdagr/functions/fnc_recieveRangeFinderData.sqf should be fnc_receiveRangeFinderData.sqf which is not an easy fix.
