bug: "url" property should link the tool page, "descriptor-url" to descriptor's ( DeepPrep )

descriptor properties "url" and "descriptor-url" are mixed up in
in DeepPrep, instead of

"descriptor-url": "https://deepprep.readthedocs.io/en/24.1.2/"

it should be

"url": "https://deepprep.readthedocs.io/en/24.1.2/",
"descriptor-url": "https://github.com/aces/cbrain-plugins-neuro/blob/master/boutiques_descriptors/deepprep_24_1_2.json" 

This is the only mixed up case I noted, though physio_cbrain.json probably should refer to cbrain-plugins-neuro boutiques rather than Darius personal repo
