add FileCollection into allowed file types:users cannot launch some tasks without setting the type

I think we could add FileCollection to the allowed file types for all task, or at the least any supporting BidsSubject. Currently, users cannot launch some tasks without setting the type. One user complained about BidsSubject, which is CBRAIN-specific and not widely known, so it might confuse new users.

If we must we can add type mismatch warnings mechanism

Alternatively, we could allow batch file type settings, though just adding FileColection into boutiques custom seems enough
