Description
If type exists in CBRAIN, assign it to the result. Such type is MGH
Files with mgh and mhz extensions seem to be visualized properly, but the matching type is not assigned
The current cbrain type assignment module sets specific output to fixed type, rather than checking for extensions.
But, perhaps twisted boutiques descriptor may do : define several outputs depending on extenstions, and extend command line so if no output, an error is produced. Not sure is complicated boutiques worth it, considering MGH is rather structural/volume format than surface
