Changed option['access_secret'] to bytes so hmac.new can use it as the key in the sign function. Added .encode() method to string_to_sign variable in each function before calling sign function so hmac.new can process it. Changed headers['timestamp'] in each function from float to str so requests module can conduct http operation on it. Removed import urllib.
