…UNNER_TOKEN injected twice Since #1179, runner pods managed by RunnerDeployment had two duplicate environment variables for RUNNER_NAME and RUNNER_TOKEN. This fixes that.

Since #1179, runner pods managed by RunnerDeployment had two duplicate environment variables for RUNNER_NAME and RUNNER_TOKEN. This fixes that.
