v6 breaks docker actions that use git authentication #2313
Description
The change in v6 of this action appears to be incompatible with docker container actions that use contents: write permissions and expect git authentication to work using GitHub hosted runners.
From what I can tell from the PR introducing this feature, it might be that support for Docker container actions is gated behind a feature flag.
Could you please either restore Docker container action compatibility with this action, or document how Docker container action authors can work around this change in behaviour?
