Fix "make dist"

Fixes "make dist" by correcting filenames for Coverity scripts in Makefile.am.

The 2nd one was for the 4.1-dev branch. This one is for the master
branch.

This one can be used, or the 4.1-dev changes can be used to merge to
master. Either way works, but the same changes are needed on both
branches. Ken asked me to do both pull requests since he "needed the
practice," so that's what I did. :-)
