[Add] improve regex to detect for change API check access right

I have improvement of regex to detect check_access_right method

I have update in special-case

raise_ex = True
self.env["res.brand"].check_access_rights("read", raise_exception=raise_ex)        

Code will warning if could not auto replace check_access_right
