AIO CLI cloudmanager:download-logs connection reset

Expected Behavior

Download logs operation should not throw error

Actual Behavior

Sometimes we get error when executing this operation saying that Client network socket disconnected.

Any relevant information about the preconditions to reproduce the issue.

Also include the output of aio -v and aio plugins

If this is related to authentication, include the output of aio config:get ims.contexts.aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager but do not include the private key content or any access tokens.
