In the cefclient example of 2623 version the extension handler isn't in
client_app.cppanymore.So move it in a new header to separate more specific appshell code and cefclient example code.
Tested on:
Windows10 with VS2015u3
OSX 10.11.6 with XCode 7.3.1
Linux: still doesn't compile (as expected) but does not introduce more errors
