Middle-click on links opens websites inside brackets window

I've accidentally middle-clicked a "more-info" link on the Extensions Manager panel and the website opened inside the brackets window. The left click works as expected: My default browser opens at the requested page.

It seems to be a chromium default behaviour that has to be disabled.

Marking high priority for Sprint 29 -- you can lose data this way because it bypasses the unsaved changes confirmations.

You can also reproduce it from Quick Doc and lose all your edit in the current css doc.

@njx Ultimately, I didn't try to do all of #3556 here, since we're nearing the end of the sprint and we can land this faster if the fix is more narrow (only consolidating the preventDefault() handling, not openURLInDefaultBrowser() calls too).

When the filer is outside the team, if we're pretty confident the bug was fixed, we usually just close the bug and add a note to the filer asking them to reopen it if they still see the problem.

@CleberF - can you verify that this was fixed?

As of Sprint 29, the problematic behaviour doesn't occur anymore, thanks!
