File > Open doesn't remember last folder

Steps:

1. File > Open
2. Choose a file somewhere outside the project (e.g. on your desktop)
3. File > Open again

Result:
Both times you open the dialog, you start in the root folder of the project.

Expected:
The second time, you should start in whatever folder you selected from within the first time (e.g. your desktop).

Pull request #61 and #230 have been reviewed and merged. Marking fixed but not closed

This is a little weird, because the initial path resets to the project root on reload but not on project switch... but we have a lot of issues around not resetting state when switching projects... so I'll overlook that bit :-)
