The betta_posthoc() allows pairwise comparisons of groups defined by all covariate levels in the betta model formula. It returns 1) a data frame with the estimates, CIs, p-values and adjusted p-values for all comparisons and 2) a data frame for the estimated value of each group and the compact letter display indicating significantly different groups.

Thanks @andieich! I'll review this when I get the chance (hopefully in the next few weeks).

Thanks @andieich for this PR and adding this functionality to DivNet - we really appreciated users who help us improve and expand our codebase! I am closing this PR in favor of PR #151, which I started by pulling from this PR and added additional documentation files, a testing file, and made some very minor changes to the function itself. That PR will be merged soon and this functionality will be available from the package.

Looks good - closing this PR in favor of PR #151, which adds .Rd files, a test file, and makes minor edits to the betta_posthoc() function
