Man page

Create a man page (or rather a set of man pages) for the CLI. We have quite good help command in place, but man is man. Maybe we could autogenerate bits of the man pages from messages used in help command.

There are tools to generate help (including man page) from SGML. Debian uses those for sure. I guess you could like using those.
