Emit semantic prompt markers (A before prompt, B after prompt, C on Enter) so terminals can offer click-to-scroll-to-prompt, command output selection, and visual prompt highlighting. Marker D (command finished with exit code) is exposed via Connection convenience methods for callers to emit after command processing. A NO_SHELL_INTEGRATION flag allows opting out.
