This PR updates the CHANGELOG.md file to include the changes for v0.0.137:

  • Updated Discord community invite links across the CLI, TUI, README, and error system
  • Modified prompt in environment handling to separate informational messages from interactive questions
  • Updated dependency github.com/agentuity/go-common from v1.0.60 to v1.0.64

I've fixed the issue with duplicate version comparison links. I removed the duplicate links and kept only one link per release, with the new v0.0.137 link at the top of the existing version comparison links section.

I've restored the v0.0.73 version comparison link that was accidentally removed. The PR now maintains all original version comparison links while fixing the duplicate links issue.
