Replace outdated model identifiers across docs and examples: update various Claude references (claude-3-7-sonnet-latest, claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929, claude-sonnet-4-20250514, etc.) to claude-sonnet-4-6; update Gemini references to gemini-flash-latest and adjust image-generation ID to gemini-2.5-flash-image; update AwsBedrock provider IDs to use anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6 variants. Also update Streamlit model selection and a few descriptive lines to reflect the new model names. This brings documentation and examples in line with current model naming and releases.
