- Change gradle version to 4.6.
- Change support library version to 27.
- Delete BlankDummyActivity and Layout and Anim.
- Delete LocalizationDelegate.java.
- Merge LocalizationDelegate to use Configuration.setLocale() #10 requests.
- Fix deprecated method.
