Please publish this on Maven Central

Hey, I loved this project and have used this as an extension to sync Hudi (https://github.com/apache/hudi) tables in the Hive Metastore using the `metastore-tools-common` library.

Can you make this library available in the Maven Central so that it is better distributed?
