I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the University of Wasit, Iraq, where I also serve as IT Manager for the College of Engineering and Director of the Computer & Information Center. My work sits at the intersection of applied research and academic instruction, with a focus on building secure, intelligent, and networked systems.
My research spans cybersecurity, signal processing for next-generation networks, machine learning, and embedded systems. I completed my PhD at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia in 2024, building on prior graduate work completed at the University of Bridgeport, CT, USA.
