Eu coloquei o index, para garantir que os dados sejam inseridos uma só vez, pois o dismiss estava chamando o oncreate de novo e de novo, e isso tava fazendo inserir as tarefas padrão várias vezes. Ao usar o index, isso garantiu que só acontecesse uma vez.
